Breezy and mild

Skies will be mostly cloudy across much of the Cowboy state today but conditions look to remain mostly dry.  Temperatures today and Tuesday will be above average as well.  While winds will be breezy, winds will not be nearly as strong and gusty today and Tuesday as the last few days.
