The Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team is headed back to the Women’s National Invitational Tournament, or WNIT.  With the invite, the Cowgirls will be making their sixth post season appearance in eight years.  Wyoming will open the WNIT in Laramie on Thursday evening against the University of Northern Colorado Bears, the Bears received the automatic invitation from the WNIT because they are the runners up in the Big Sky Conference.  Cowgirl head coach Joe Legerski says he is excited that his team, and the seniors, will get to play more basketball…..JOE LEGERSKI  Ticket information and pricing can be found at the University of Wyoming website gowyo.com.
