We’ve got a lot more snow geese than their summer range can support, so hunters are being urged to go thin the numbers responsibly. But what do you do with all those geese? I’ll give you some ideas on today’s show.

Also, Something you may want to try with the geese, Is chicken frying them. We chicken fried every thing! pheasants, turkey, elk, even elk burgers. etc. All you have to do, is slice thinly (1/4″) pound lightly, dip in egg-Worcestershire mixture then in cracker- or bread crumbs. Then fry.
