Forensic examiners say they cannot determine for sure whether or not a partial human skull found in the Wind River Range belonged to a hiker who went missing in 2007.
But Fremont County Coroner Ed McAuslan tells Riverton Radio.
McAuslan say the skull found near other human remains identified as Rubano’s was too aged and weathered for scientists to extract any DNA.
