Temperatures will continue to be mild today, and above normal for this time of year in early December.  Winds will increase this afternoon and tonight, especially across south-central and southeastern parts of the state.  Gusting could reach between 40 and 55 mph at times.   The weather will allow for good travel conditions through today and tomorrow.  Winds will stay breezy to strong through tomorrow with increased cloud-cover at times.  A more active pattern moves in for Thursday and Friday.
