Major Snowstorm Expected To Hit Northeast WYO Today

By Mick Birge posted Nov 9, 2012 at 9:32AM

Much of northeast Wyoming will get its first blast of winter as the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for that part of Wyoming from late this afternoon to early tomorrow night.

Meteorologist Albert Richmond says the storm could pack quite a punch.

Richmond tells our affiliate KROE that those traveling in that part of the state… you will want to prepare for the worst.

Richmond said that while the storm is expected to clear early Saturday night, cold temperatures will remain for a few days.
