Searchers in southeast Wyoming have found the wreckage of a single-engine plane that failed to arrive at the Casper airport as planned Tuesday after taking off from Texas.
Albany County Undersheriff Rob DeBree says the plane was found in pieces yesterday on the south face of Laramie Peak.
Recovery efforts for the plane’s wreckage and the four bodies that were on board will begin this morning.

Thank you to all of the people who participated in the search for the loved ones that were taken too soon from their families. Your dedication to this mission can never be repayed. All of us in east Texas who had connections to them are forever grateful. May God bless each and every one of you.
