Very strong and gusty winds will continue to batter the region for today and tonight.  Difficult travel conditions will persist as a result from the strong winds and blowing and drifting snow.  Snow in general will be increasing west to east and north to south during the day today.  Poor travel and livestock conditions are likely nearly statewide tonight and early to midday Thursday.  Thursday will be much colder as well.
