The final round of the 54th Wyoming Open at the Airport Golf Club in Cheyenne went through two weather delays, as the final group finished around 8:30 pm last night. In the end it was Nathan Lashley of Scottsdale, Arizona, who took home the $7,000 paycheck. Lashley followed up his second round 62, witha final round 3-under, 67, and finished the tourney at 17-under. Lashley, who played golf at Arizona, had a red hot putter the first two rounds, but says he didn’t have quite the touch Sunday.

University of Wyoming senior to be Gabe Maier had a good tournament. The Cody native finished tops among amateurs with a three round total of 11-under par.
