Wyoming Quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels became just the second sophomore ever to be named a team captain for the Cowboy football team. Carta-Samuels plays the most important position on the football field and is coming off a season that saw him director five fourth quarter comebacks, including in the New Mexico Bowl. Carta-Samuels is also the reigning freshman of the year in the Mountain West Conference. So is ACS excited to be a team captain, you betcha. (audio with ACS)
