EVANSVILLE, Wyo. (AP) — An explosion has forced the evacuation of a refinery in east-central Wyoming. The explosion occurred at about 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Sinclair Refinery in Evansville. Spring Rain; Snowpack Runoff A Combination For Flooding

Better weather ahead…for now

Yesterday’s strong storm system will rapidly move into southern Canada today resulting in much improved weather across the state.  However, temperatures will still be a little below normal before warming into the 70s and some lower 80s across the state Wednesday through Friday.
