State lawmakers convene for the 2011 biennium budget session this coming Monday at the State Capital in Cheyenne. Its expected to be somewhat of a spirited session with state revenues down and anxieties up. Gingery is also among those who think lawmakers should not delve into the state’s so-called rainy day fund to make ends meet on the new budget. He expects revenues to worsen over at least the next year.
