Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal and First Lady Nancy Freudenthal celebrate Saturday night’s Wyoming double overtime win over Fresno State in the New Mexico Bowl.  The 12-point underdog Cowboys beat the Bulldogs 25-28 in Albuquerque.  Shown with the Freudenthals  are Jason Salyards (85) and Joe Evers (86).  Evers is from Sheridan.
