Wyoming Cowboy offensive coordinator Marcos Arroyo and quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels have had a solid relationship for some time now. Arroyo was recruiting ACS while the two were in San Jose, and when Arroyo was offered the job in Laramie, he continued to recruit Carta-Samuels. ACS says that relationship with coach Arroyo really helped when he was struggling out of the gate agaisnt UNLV
Arroyo adds that it is just the kind of relationship the two of them have.
ACS will make his second start of the year Saturday when the Pokes play Florida Atlantic.
